These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of divineorganichubghana.com and your purchase of products from DIVINE ORGANIC HUB (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

  1. Orders and Acceptance
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. It is not accepted until we send a shipping confirmation (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment verification. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
  • An order confirmation email is not a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time you place your order apply to that order.
  • Prices may or may not include taxes, duties, and shipping, as shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, or offer you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price.
  1. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse or misuse promotions.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship to the locations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, as stated in our Shipping Policy.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
  • Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within [2] days of any damage, defect, or missing items.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
